Brian Foster was a Senior Litigation Partner for 32 years at Snell & Wilmer.  Brian is the founding member of Foster Law Partners which focuses exclusively on Winning all types of litigation and non-litigation disputes. Brian’s 36 years at Winning cases, legal acumen and intuitive litigation skills allow him to thrive in all state and federal courts across the country.  His practice is concentrated in serious personal injury claims and commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate and business litigation, probate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, contract disputes, sale of business disputes, employment disputes, criminal cases, fraud and intellectual property disputes including copyright, trademark and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation. 

Brian has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts for both defendants and plaintiffs, including many cases where the amount in controversy was in the multi-millions.  Brian has been lead-attorney in winning many Plaintiffs’ verdicts in the multimillions.

Brian is a frequent Legal Expert on FOX News, FOX 10 News and has made over 150 local and national appearances as a Legal Expert on various media outlets (FOX News & CNN) covering, among numerous other top news stories, President Trump's legal issues, the Jodi Arias trial, and Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby's criminal and civil cases.
